Matthew’s practice focuses on counseling investors, high-growth venture-backed companies, and large multinational corporations on non-immigrant and immigrant employment-based immigration strategies, immigration program management, and immigration compliance. Matthew represents clients in a variety of industries, including software as a service(SaaS), finance, insurance, IT consulting, construction, engineering, robotics, and airline industries.
Matthew’s experience includes counseling investors, high-growth venture-backed, and multinational corporations on: immigration issues arising from corporate reorganizations, mergers, and layoffs; obtaining B, E, H, J, L, O, P, R, and TN nonimmigrant visas; obtaining immigrant green cards under all employment-based categories; and advising on I-9 compliance and process.
Previously, Matthew worked for VISANOW, PC as Manager of Legal Services and Senior Counsel.
Matt's goal is to provide exceptional client service and innovative strategies to companies and entrepreneurs. In a challenging regulatory climate, Matt is a creative and effective advocate, helping clients develop winning legal strategies for changing times.
For example, when one client recently exhausted its visa options for a co-founder, he helped pursue litigation to challenge the Trump administration on its implementation of the International Entrepreneur Rule. After a Federal Judge found in favor of that client, Matt submitted a parole application on behalf of the co-founder.
Our attorneys have filed several thousand petitions for U.S. visas and green cards. We know that each client is unique and we tailor our services accordingly.
Our clients get more than attorneys capable of filing petitions: they get proactive advice, prompt responses to all communication, and innovative strategies based on voluminous experience. We provide support and guidance at every step of the process to ensure that each company and foreign national employee moves forward with confidence through the immigration journey.
