Hendrik is a California Bar Certified Legal Specialist in Immigration Law. As an immigrant himself, understanding the importance of immigration, Hendrik has dedicated his career over the past decade as a corporate immigration lawyer to working with well over 100 scaling technology company's and helping hundreds of entrepreneurs and professionals navigate the U.S. immigration system.
Hendrik is often an invited speaker at national level events on topics related to immigration strategies, policies, and trends as well as on topics related to the intersection of technology and the legal service delivery models in corporate immigration.
Hendrik has been published in Forbes and Inc. magazine on immigration strategy and hot topics, is a member of the invitation only Young Entrepreneurs Council, serves on the Innovation Task Force for the nation’s preeminent immigration organization the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and is certified as an expert in immigration law by the California Bar, an honor reserved to those who complete additional Bar testing and who have completed a certain number of cases while also satisfying additional educational requirements.
Hendrik is admitted to practice law in California and is fluent in Spanish and Afrikaans having grown up in South Africa, Argentina, and Mexico City.

Ting began her immigration career over ten years ago, working on visa and green card cases for researchers, scientists, and academics. Previously, she worked with a large corporate immigration firm in San Francisco, spear heading the firm’s High Growth practice. There, she built a team that directly handled case processing for hundreds of companies and over one thousand foreign employees. Her clients ranged from pre-seed startups to large multinational corporations.
She also worked closely with entrepreneurs and investors, creating immigration strategies for them to grow their companies’ corporate presence and market share in the U.S. Ting has been an invited speaker on topics related to immigration strategies at various incubators, accelerators, and VC firms. Based in the heart of Silicon Valley, Ting is passionate about making immigration more efficient and increasing the value to her clients through technology.
She is admitted to practice law in California and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
