Kellie Lattimore, HR Business Partners Manager, was leading CCE’s immigration efforts as one of the multiple responsibilities in her role.
This function involved juggling 30-50 active cases. Kellie was scrambling to keep up with employer responsibilities and the needs of her foreign national employees. She did not have a central place to track case status, key dates, or next steps, and she was overwhelmed with a high volume of emails and paperwork.
Employees were also requesting case status updates frequently, forcing Kellie to hold bi-weekly one-on-one update calls.
