Successful companies are built on the foundation of great talent. But today companies around the world are unable to find the talent they need where they need it.
This global skills gap is the single biggest challenge facing senior business leaders.
Immigration plays a critical role in addressing this issue, allowing companies to cast a wider talent net and secure the world’s best talent.
Yet, the services delivered by traditional immigration providers result in a fundamentally broken process, mostly disorganized, frustrating and reactive.
By combining purpose-built software and best-in-class legal experts, Bridge helps companies execute efficient and organized immigration processes, provide a superior experience to international employees, and run a more proactive and informed immigration function.
Romish Badani is Bridge’s CEO and co-founder and has led the company since its inception. He first witnessed the complexity of the immigration process through the turbulent United States immigration journeys of various family members. But it wasn’t until he helped build and scale various technology companies that he had his light-bulb moment: Technology has the power to transform dysfunctional professional services industries, and few verticals are as broken and important as immigration. He teamed up with Forrest Blount, a former Google engineer and workflow automation expert, and Bridge was born. Under Romish’s leadership Bridge has become a clear industry leader, marrying technology and human expertise to drive a frictionless immigration experience
Romish has almost 15 years of experience growing innovative, market-leading companies across the technology and professional services industries. Prior to Bridge, Romish helped scale ZocDoc, a leading online healthcare marketplace. Previously, he was a private equity investor at TPG Capital and an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. Romish holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
Forrest Blount is Bridge’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and co-founder and has overseen the company’s product and engineering functions since its inception. A passionate product visionary and leader, he started Bridge to bring unprecedented efficiency and transparency to the legal services industry. Under Forrest’s leadership, Bridge has developed and scaled its best-in-class immigration platform, delivering a transformational immigration experience to companies and their employees around the world.
Forrest has almost 15 years of experience designing, developing and maintaining software applications that streamline complex processes. Prior to Bridge, Forrest was the co-founder and CTO of Acceptional (acquired by Bell Curves), a workflow solution that simplified the college admissions process. Previously, he led technology teams at Google and ITA Software focused on operations tools. Forrest holds a BFA in Theatre from Boston University.
