New Dashboard 3.0

Forrest Blount
CTO

We're thrilled to release an update to our dashboards that allows you to better access your employees' status through advanced filters and reporting. As part of our commitment to make immigration more effortless, our latest update facilitates a more intuitive sharing of key dates and status updates. Many stakeholders in the immigration process require different levels of information and access and the responsibility often falls on the HR’s plate to keep everyone informed and up-to-date.

The new dashboard allows users to build customizable reports on matters past-due or projected and allows for that information to be exported and shared internally.  Under the new dashboard, the addition of two new tabs surface the sponsored employee’s projected visa lifecycle and information about all application matters to help enable HR teams to quickly gain access to ad-hoc reporting and efficiently follow up on any overdue matters.

With the detailed visibility and customization of the new Bridge dashboard, users will be more empowered to strategically manage their immigration program and have detailed visibility into all matters in their organization with just a few clicks.

Check out a summary of what's changed:

Tasks

Our new tasks dashboard enhances the look and feel of your active tasks from current applications. You can use the “My Tasks” drop down to filter results to show tasks from other members on your team (company, employee, Bridge admin and attorney). Tasks can also be sorted by application type, status or urgency.

New Dashboard

Applications

The applications dashboard includes all of your employees' applications in various statuses. Sorted by date, you can filter your applications between those that are On Track to file, Behind Schedule with overdue tasks, in a state of Waiting, Filed and pending with the government, Completed or Projected to open in the future based on your Guidelines. This dashboard can easily be exported to excel, CSV or print by using the button in the upper right corner.

Employees

The employee dashboard includes all employees sorted alphabetically by first name along with their current status, key dates and cases. Upon expansion, you can learn more about your employees and their projected applications. We've also included the option to filter by key dates, candidate eligibility cases, and terminated employees.
