USCIS & DOJ Announce MOU to Combat Fraud & Discrimination by Foreign National Employers

The USCIS and DOJ have announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to formalize a partnership between the two agencies in an effort "to better detect and eliminate fraud, abuse, and discrimination by employers bringing foreign visa workers to the United States."
